Curious about Ayurveda but not sure where to begin? This free 15-minute phone or video call is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your health and wellness goals, and answer any questions you may have about working together. We'll talk briefly about what you're hoping to achieve and determine if Ayurvedic counseling is the right fit for your journey. There is no obligation—just a welcoming conversation to help you take the first step toward balanced health.
Cancellation Policy
Discovery Calls are complimentary 15-minute phone or video consultations for new clients interested in learning more about Ayurvedic wellness counseling. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the online booking system. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible to rebook another complimentary Discovery Call.
